At PixelPrint, we value your satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
– Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
– Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– Items that have been washed or altered will not be accepted as returns.
Process for Returns

– Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refunds
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days from the day we receive the returned item.
– Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
– Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable.
Exchanges
– We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
Restocking Fee
– A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned items that are in their original condition and returned for reasons not related to our error.
– This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returned items and preparing them for resale at a discounted price due to being used or opened.
