Designing with PixelType: A Quick Guide
We’re excited to work with you on bringing your design ideas to life. Here’s a brief overview of how we typically work:
Discussing Your Design:
We start by having a conversation about your project. This includes understanding your vision, brand identity, and any specific details you want to incorporate into the design. We’ll also discuss timelines and any other requirements you may have.
File Requirements:
Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we’ll need some essential files from you. This includes a high-resolution version of your company logo (if you have one), details about the project, brand colors, fonts, and any other relevant information. If you don’t have a high-resolution logo, don’t worry – we have two options:
- Redesign Option: We can redesign your logo in a higher resolution for an additional fee.
- Utilize Existing Logo: Alternatively, we can use your low-resolution logo in the best possible way. However, please note that any resulting quality issues in the final design due to the low-resolution logo are the client’s responsibility. We’ll ensure the design looks as clear and professional as possible, but the final decision on acceptability rests with the client.
Payment Process:
Our payment process is straightforward. We require a 60% deposit upfront before we start working on your project. This can be done via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The remaining balance is due upon final design delivery.
Design Timeline:
The timeline for your project depends on its complexity. Typically, designs take between 7 to 14 days to complete, while websites may take 3 to 4 weeks for comprehensive development and testing. We’ll keep you updated on the progress and ensure timely delivery.
Design Process Note:
Please note that the design process is crucial to achieving the best results. We offer three revisions as part of our standard package. Any major changes or additional revisions beyond the agreed three will incur an extra fee. This ensures that we can maintain the quality and integrity of your design project.
